For those of you who still haven’t made up their minds about who to vote for next week, the Accredited Times has prepared a cheat sheet, comparing what Hillary offers to what Trump offers. Once you understand the night-and-day differences between these two candidates, the decision should be obvious. On the one hand, Trump represents an existential threat to our liberal democracy, and threatens to undo decades of American progress. And on the other hand, Hillary offers a bold vision for a free and fair America, with an economy that works for everyone, not just those at the top, and legislation to tackle a range of social justice issues.

What you get if you vote for Hillary

green-tick Our first female president

green-tick Good-paying jobs

green-tick The biggest investment in our economy since World War II

green-tick Bold measures to tackle climate change

green-tick Sensible gun control legislation

green-tick A tougher stance on Russian aggression

green-tick Liberation of the Syrian people from Assad

green-tick Food and shelter for thousands of Syrian refugees

green-tick A path to citizenship for millions of undocumented Americans

What you get if you vote for Trump

green-tick Racism

I love the picture of that article. Besides, well researched information, thanks a lot. Not that I’d really need any serious thought or research on whom to vote for. Orange Meany vs. first Womyn in the White House? Why even bother voting at all, that choice is really obvious this year. Common sense people…

And remember: Next Tuesday: Avoid the line, vote from home by texting “Hillary” to 59925!

MillionDollarBonus_

Yup, I agree it’s a simple choice. But believe me there are a lot of misinformed and ignorant people out there, so this just breaks down the pros of Hillary and the cons of Trump for them.

Let’s not forget about Proposition 60 in California.

How exactly do you enforce that? Have a team of well-compensated state “auditors” based out of the San Fernando Valley – driving around to film sets?

“Alright go ahead and lace up boys.

You’re good. Don’t mind me – I’ll just be sitting here watching… you know – to make sure your shoe doesn’t slip off.

If there are any issues you’ll be required to stop production until I complete my investigation – including a full review of the entirety of your studio’s work from the past 5 years. Go ahead and plan on taking the next few weeks off – these investigations tend to take a while – I can typically only review your work 5 minutes at a time”

Puyloubier (@Puyloubier1)

This is a great checklist! There’s just one problem: some of our uneducated and ignorant voters may forget these objective facts at the very moment they are about to complete the ballot forms. Or, worse, they get so confused that they attribute the less-good set of facts to Hillary and the good ones to Trump.

It would be neat if this checklist and the candidates’ photos could somehow be included on the face of the ballot form.

MillionDollarBonus_

Yes good idea. I know they say campaigning is illegal on election day, but this wouldn’t be campaigning – it would simply be presenting the facts about both candidates.

Puyloubier (@Puyloubier1)

Hillary-hating Julian Assange claims today that ”My analysis is that Trump would not be permitted to win. Why do I say that? Because he has had every establishment off his side. Trump does not have one establishment, maybe with the exception of the Evangelicals, if you can call them an establishment. Banks, intelligence, arms companies, foreign money, etc. are all united behind Hillary Clinton. And the media as well. Media owners, and the journalists themselves.’

Oddly, he makes this sound like a bad thing. Surely if Hillary is able to bring harmony to our nation by uniting such a diverse group of interests, she is even more talented and inspirational than we give her credit for. Can we make her president for life?

richandrenee

What a liar and twister of facts that Assange is. There are plenty of “establishments” behind the the woman hating Trump – they’re just all Russian ones. Well if one candidate has all the Russian establishment behind him and the other has all the American establishment behind her you’d think that even the most dimwitted privileged whites would know who to vote for. I am so angry – enough is enough it’s time to arrest Assange political asylum be damned.

I cut and pasted you first 3 sentences and googled them, I was horrified to see that the first website with such sentences that was sugested was RT . I didn’t click on the link, of course, but you should be cautious to read verbatim quotes only when they come from accredited sources.
Your sugestion makes sense, however the concept of “president for life” is too restrictive, she should be allowed to govern during the 12 months that follow her death.
After Michelle Obama, Malia and Sasha Obama can carry the torch

jfb

Sorry, posted at the wrong place, was a reply to Puyloubier

Puyloubier (@Puyloubier1)

Please don’t assume that because I post quotes from RT that I believe a single lying word that those evil aggressive Russians say. When they sent their aircraft carrier through the English Channel, my finger was on my (imaginary) nuclear button just the same as all of us.

12 months post-mortem sounds just fine with me, just as the vote is currently given to many deceased Democratic people (as indeed it should be)

Black Lives Matter

People need to stop being so stupid and need to listen to their media. All of the highest rated journalists agree that Trump is a criminal who would sell this country to the highest bidder.

Puyloubier (@Puyloubier1)

One green tick you have omitted: Spirit cooking dinners. The Alt Right seem to be closed-minded about this spiritual diversity.

Black Lives Matter

I can’t believe that the alt-right is flipping out about Team Clinton enjoying “Spirit Cooking” sessions. It’s a totally normal part of Thelema ritual. What a big nothingburger.

This is just more religious bigotry from the far right. Trump is both Islamophobic and Thelemaphobic.

richandrenee

Hillary has been unfairly slandered and lied about – nothing is beyond the evil Putin and his creepy lick-toad Donald Trump. I look forward to the Clinton landslide and the justice to follow. Hillary being the consummate peace maker will be unlikely to go as far as their misdeeds would warrant – if it was up to me I’d have that freak Trump hung for his crimes. This whole shameful fiasco just goes to prove how urgently a serious re-education program is needed.

Black Lives Matter

It’s frustrating that our secret societies are unable to participate in standard rituals, such as worshipping Molech and engaging in Spirit Cooking, without Putin and his hacks violating our leaders’ privacy. This is exactly why we need more NSA warrantless wiretapping programs and NSA review of all emails and websites, as Hillary supports. We also need to eliminate the Freedom of Information Act; Hillary was exactly right in trying to take appropriate legal measures to work around this nonsensical legislation. Our leaders deserve their privacy, and we need to monitor civilian communications better to protect their privacy. The public must be accountable to our leaders.

richandrenee

It is ridiculous that a great leader like Hillary is having her emails read while a racist xenophobe like Mark Dice is able to use the internet to spread his hate propaganda about a mainstream religious practice that our leaders participate in. Most of his likes and subscriptions are from Russian like farms – don’t be fooled he’s actually very unpopular. I’m glad he’ll be facing serious criminal charges after the election. The common good demands that sensible internet regulation is enacted without delay!

Black Lives Matter

I want the government to investigate Dice’s connections to Putin. Everything he says matches up with the Kremlin’s party line precisely. Coincidence? Highly unlikely.

richandrenee

The alt right have literally usurped the meaning of words. Take freedom for instance – a word they like to throw around liberally and have turned its meaning on its head. Where does freedom come from? Obviously the government. The government makes us safe (free from danger) the government provides roads and the TSA (free to travel safely) the government provides Obamacare (free from illness) and the list of freedoms that the beneficent government provides is endless.

Because of this brazen corrupting of words by the alt right it is time to establish a government department for the protection and standardization of the meaning of words. Our freedom is at stake. The punishment for breaching dictates of this new department must be most severe – the stakes are just too high.

Cant wait until They announce Hillary for president. Yeah she may be a criminal but she will stop all this violence by banning guns. Prople just need to learn to trust the government to protect them and do what is right.

It made me sick the other day to see in the news a jewish writer saying we shouldnt always trust the givernment especially when they talk about solutions, particularly final ones. What exactly is he talking about.

I think Hillary should take notes from previous programs that worked. Its time to send the racist, islamicphobes, homophobes, and other deplorables to work camps until they are re-educated. Also we need more redistribution of those ill gotten gains by the rich. We need to do more for the less fortunate by collectivizing and distributing as needed.

Waiting and counting the hours for HRC!

Black Lives Matter

Don’t forget “Thelemaphobes.”

I love the book 1984.

Anyone here ever read it?

richandrenee

No never heard of it – what’s it about? 1984 was a great year in our jurisdiction of the global community (NZ) as a left leaning government came to power and immediately devalued the money making us all richer.

Black Lives Matter

It was interesting because they made the “bad” guy the protagonist (a white racist capitalist), kind of like the Godfather movies. Unlike the Godfather movies, though, it was very cheerful, and I recall that good government eventually won in the end. So it had a happy ending.

Overall, it set forth a very optimistic vision of what a comprehensive progressive government should look like. I give it ten hammer and sickles out of ten.

jfb

I have to confess that although I knew vaguely about this novel/movie, your post led me to search on youtube and I watched it entirely for the first time. As you said it s so cheerful, when you see those enthusiast people shouting their slogans in front of a screen tears roll down your face

Puyloubier (@Puyloubier1)

The ‘1984’ I read was actually a textbook for how governments can best order society, although I suppose it can read a little like a novel. It can at times seem a bit dated because it includes patriarchal terms like ‘Big Brother’ rather than the more correct Horizontally-Gifted Sister, but the principles it outlines are sound. It recommended that the ‘proles’ watch a screen at all times so that the government can optimize the freedoms they enjoy, and I think we are true to Horizonally-Gifted Sister’s vision in the 21st century.

richandrenee

Thanks BLM it sounds a little lighter than Das Kapital (which I absolutely love and have just read for the third time) so as I’m looking for some easy reading I’ll keep an eye out for it next time I’m down at the LBC.

Puyloubier (@Puyloubier1)

That’s a cherished favourite of mine and it takes pride of place on my bookshelf between ‘Audicity of hope’ and ‘Stronger Together’.

If you have any reproductive offspring, make sure to buy them a rather touching work called ‘Little Red Book’ from an author called Mao. It’s sure to brighten up bedtime reading!

richandrenee

I’d love to share the Little Red book with some gender fluid reproductive offspring but sadly hateful homophones have rendered my civil union partner sterile. We do love reading Marx, Engels, and Adrian Schafer to our cocker spaniel and hope that one day science will become less noninclusive and allow us to conceive.
