St. Louis, Missouri (Accredited Times) – Last night, the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department arrested eighty peaceful progressive protestors for “rioting” and causing damage to so-called “private property.” Over 120 protestors have been arrested over a three-day period after the shocking acquittal of Officer Jason Stockley for the murder of African-American Anthony Lamar Smith.
Readers, however, need to know the truth about the St. Louis protests. The peaceful protestors are not “rioters” at all. They are heroes. They are revolutionaries fighting against an institutionally racist system led by the most racist person ever to occupy the “White” House: Donald J. Trump
Yes, the truth hurts. But what hurts even worse is racism. Let the facts be exposed for all the world to see.
The Death of an Innocent
The so-called “riots” trace their origins to the death of an innocent — similar to the deaths of Jesus and Malcolm X. On December 20, 2011, Anthony Lamar Smith, an African-American drug dealer, was minding his own business, dealing heroin to eager junkies in the parking lot of a Church’s Chicken in North St. Louis. Church’s Chicken is a restaurant chain that sells fried chicken predominantly to an African-American customer base.
Suddenly, out of nowhere, a police car appeared. Fearing arrest, Smith put his car in reverse and slammed his car, a silver Buick, into the police vehicle — twice. After the first collision, one of two police officers, Officer Jason Stockley, drew his gun and threatened to fire on Smith. After the second collision, the police car’s driver-side door slammed shut, and the police car crashed into another vehicle. Smith then floored his vehicle, injuring Officer Stockley’s hand, as he attempted to escape.
For the next three minutes, Smith led Officer Stockley and his partner, Officer Brian Bianchi, on a high-speed chase through largely African-American North St. Louis. During the chase, Officer Jason Stockley fired his gun at the speeding Buick, angrily exclaiming that he was “going to kill this motherf*cker, don’t you know it?”
During the pursuit, Smith reached speeds of 87 miles per hour on wet roads. The roads normally have speed limits of just 35 miles per hour. Smith also drove into oncoming traffic and almost slammed head-on into other vehicles. The police car likewise hit a sign and a tree during the chase.
Three minutes later, Smith’s airbags suddenly deployed, and his car stopped. Officers Stockley and Bianchi racially profiled Smith, approached Smith’s car, smashed its driver-side window, and yelled out instructions to Smith. According to Officer Stockley, Smith failed to comply and instead reached toward the interior of his vehicle for something that Officer Stockley believed to be a gun. According to Officer Stockley, Smith’s demeanor likewise changed; Officer Stockley believed that Smith had a gun.
Suddenly, according to Officer Stockley, Officer Bianchi yelled: “GUN!” Officer Stockley shot Smith five times. Smith died.
Police claimed to have found a handgun at the scene of the crime. The handgun had DNA from Officer Stockley, who claimed to have reached toward the gun to unload cartridges from the cylinder. Police also found a bag of heroin.
Almost five years passed without any charges against the obviously guilty Officer Stockley. Fortunately, after feeling pressure from local progressive community leaders, Democrat-affiliated prosecutors finally had Officer Stockley arrested in May 2016. Prosecutors charged Officer Stockley with murder, claiming that he had planted the handgun. Although no witnesses or evidence technically supported the allegation, Democrat prosecutors nonetheless noted that Smith was “Driving While Black” and that Smith’s DNA was not found on the gun.
In a shocking display of racism, however, St. Louis Circuit Judge Timothy Wilson acquitted Officer Stockley on Friday. In his 30-page written order, Judge Wilson claimed that a full-sized handgun would have been too large for Officer Stockley to have hidden in his pants pocket and that neither bystanders nor video evidence supported the planted gun theory. Judge Wilson also noted that an expert witness had testified that the absence of Smith’s DNA evidence on the handgun did not mean that he had not touched the handgun. He then concluded: “Finally, the Court observes, based on its nearly thirty years on the bench, that an urban heroin dealer not in possession of a firearm would be an anomaly.”
The outrageous display of institutional racism prompted peaceful progressives to protest the shocking civil rights violations. Officer Stockley was obviously guilty. He never should have even received a trial.
We Demand Justice
Frankly, I don’t see how anyone can learn the facts of the case and not become LIVID at the St. Louis Metropolitan Police Department. The case demonstrates the full extent of police brutality in the United States of America.
We DEMAND justice for Anthony Lamar Smith. We DEMAND reparations for racial profiling, and we DEMAND reparations for slavery, segregation, colonialism, imperialism, and Donald Trump. It’s time for the white establishment to SHUT UP and PAY UP.
