Conakry, Guinea (Accredited Times) – Alpha Conde is an embarrassment. The Accredited Times has already documented Conde’s sickening record of corruption, unemployment, Russian collusion, and, perhaps most shockingly, his brutalization of members of the LGBT community. Now Conde is literally allowing Guineans to be sold into slavery in Libya. Yes, slavery.
According to a CNN report, Libyan slave auctions have reopened in the wake of Libya’s liberation by Hillary Clinton and her progressive allies. Guineans and other Africans are now being captured in Libya and sold as they attempt to flee to the European Union. The average price? Under $500 per slave.
“What I have seen here daily, believe me, it makes me feel pain for them,” said Victory, a 21-year-old who was sold at a Libyan slave auction. “Every day I can hear a new story from people. You have to listen to all of them. It’s their right to deliver their voices.”
Victory sought to flee from corruption and make way for a better life in the European Union. Instead, slave traders captured and beat him.
“If you look at most of the people here, if you check your bodies, you see the marks. They are beaten, mutilated,” he said.
France — which is currently investigating Alpha Conde for corruption — has demanded an urgent United Nations Security Council session on human trafficking in Libya. The country has also raised the possibility of sanctions against Libya.
In contrast, Alpha Conde has pushed merely for captors to “improve” the “detention conditions” in Libya. Meanwhile, rather than taking responsibility for the disaster, Conde has instead followed his standard operating procedure of blame-shifting. “The European Union is responsible,” Conde asserted, even though the Guinean slaves have never set foot on European soil.
No, Alpha Conde. YOU are responsible. YOU looted Guinea’s wealth for your personal enrichment. YOU flushed Guinea’s economy into the toilet. YOU caused Guineans to flee your dictatorial hellhole. And YOU haven’t done a damn thing to help the Guinean slaves. You only even made your pathetic statement on the issue after CNN shamed you and your slave trading buddies publicly.
Guineans do not deserve to be sold into slavery. Guineans do not deserve the economic disaster Conde has given them. And Guineans do not deserve to have their country raped by a corrupt kleptocrat in Conakry.
It’s time for change. Vote Abu Berete for President.
